I have read other sources mentioning other chanting sounds. So which one are right? I dont feel comfortable chanting something without a clear answer.

Wow.. The third eye made my face tingle. I'm intuitive, but that was amazing experience. It was nice to have a quick meditation that worked in 7 minutes. :)Namaste-z-

Thank youniverse for everything that exists to bring this into my life. Every time I chant along to this, I get a voice lesson & feel & hear tiny healing snap crackle pops in my spinal chord as "energetic blocks" clear. I can feel each tone resonate in different parts of my torso, neck, and head, starting with my lower torso and moving to the very top of my head along with the ROYGBIV rainbow progression. Freakin' rad. Don't take my word for it! :1

Excellent visual and quality sound. Very simple yet effective to watch or listen to these sequences when I am anxious or just feel "off"
