hahaha!! humm... they use only their hands!! Maybe this kind of non traditional "medicine" will make multinational pharmaceuticals very upset and un happy. ask your doctor... :P

Get the book "Your Hands can Heal you"My aunt gave it to me, and i've been practicing it every day... and I definitely feel very very strong warmth energy I can move around. It's incredible.. try it!

You'll notice Master Co has his hand placed over his heart during some of the healing sessions. This is to soften the energy so as not to harm the patient. Advanced pranic healers sometimes have to do this because the energy they draw in can be quite potent and too strong for the patient's body to handle!
